The Fetish Café is located on the first floor of La Farga de l'Hospitalet convention centre, which hosts the FICEB since it left its much smaller first venue in the Poble Espanyol in Barcelona. It works with a tight schedule of four sessions a day. Previous visitors know that the prelude to the sessions is Domina Zara's parade around the Festival, standing on a cart pulled by a fully outfitted pony-girl and accompanied by her court of Mistresses and slaves. Whether they are into SM or not, no one remains indifferent. All photo and video cameras are on, many comments can be heard and smiles, jokes or plain astonishment can be equally seen on people's faces. As in an adult version of the Pied Piper tale, those interested follow the parade to the very doors of the Fetish Café. After paying for a drink, the audience find out that the atmosphere has hardly anything to do with FICEB's noisy mess. The soft light, ceremonial music, candles and ever-present black colour drive our attention to the central stage, in which pillocks, chains, cages, metal structures, candelabra and a whole array of objects for pleasure and pain promise a tidal wave of sensations.

 

Once the audience has been seated and accommodated by our stunning waitresses Raquel and Araceli, the show starts. No one fakes, all is for real here: Domina Zara and her trainee dominatrixes' discipline is noticeable, as is her well-trained slaves' devotion and abandon. On the red carpet walked (I hope not to forget anyone) the unique Domina Zara, her favourite disciple Dominatrix Bel.la, the great Maitresse Elsa and the beautiful Señora Thais, in a lovely comeback. The slaves' stable was full and rich. Some of them gave us memorable moments: Robert Vicious, Dana, JB, Diana, Dogo, WC, Lorenzo, Ton, Mayordomo, Caballito, Chappy... As remarkable guests, we had Mistress Vanessa, whose feline charm attracted everybody, and the impressive Dominatrix Cassandra, with her slave Máquina. Other great Ladies like Mistress Monique de Nemours, Dama de la Costa Dorada or Lady Carla honroured us with their`presence too. As it is known, Domina Zara's team is much bigger and more discreet tasks are also necessary for the show to be a success: Señora Marticia, Domina Zara's housekeeper, with all the help and work of friends such as Olga, Andreu, Cascabel, Helios, Jude, Jess, our friends from Tenerife, Marta and David, and many more, including the one who subscribes. The whole list to include close friends, enthusiast supporters and notorious visits would be much longer, too long for this review. Anyway, it would be unfair not to thank sincerely the FICEB organization, the staff at La Farga de L'Hospitalet and Barcelona's Hell's Angles, for all their support to the Fetish Café. We cannot close this list of illustrious and very special friends without mentioning gorgeous stripper Chiqui Martí, queen of erotica, life-lasting friend Juani de Lucía and the respected and beloved Señor Salvador Egea. If just one of them had missed their date with the Fetish Café, we know that our show would have missed a part of its glamour.
